I got cut off by someone driving a Tahoe. She was on the phone and never looked to see the traffic coming from my direction. She pulled out I hit the side of her SUV I flew over and landed on my back. I have insurance but no motorcycle license. Is her insurance still liable? I am in Texas.

Glad you were not too badly injured. SA Drivers are not the greatest (lol), I always take it for granted that they do NOT see me and ride as such. Hope it all works out for you. Take care.

I know someone that had an accident similarly and he did not have a motorcycle license. The lady that hit him's insurance still had to pay his medical bills. They also paid for the repairs to his bike. He did have to hire an attorney in order to get the insurance to pay however. The attorney made him go get his license before he could collect the checks however. He ended up getting enough to pay all of his medical plus enough to repair his show bike. He had to argue with the insurance about it being a show bike, but after he showed them the pictures and the calendar that the bike was in they finally settled with him for what the attorney was asking, the insurance maximum. Always go for the max that the other driver has on his insurance. He also told them to take it to court as the attorney said that he knows of no jury that will side with an insurance company. LOL. Just find yourself a good attorney that will work with you, not her insurance. There are some attorneys that are motorcycle riders those are the best to hire. I'll try to find you their # and post it.
