Women's Mesh Motorcycle Jacket
Great for Warm Weather Riding

With warmer weather rapidly approaching, I'm reminded of a Mesh Motorcycle Jacket as being one of the best choices for riding in hot weather. With the added protection, yet mesh in the places where you want ventilation, mesh jackets are a better option than riding without a jacket.

As is the case with textile jackets, there are now more choices than ever - and most are made especially for women riders.

It is a very rare occurrence for me to ride my motorcycle without a jacket, even on the hottest summer day. With a properly ventilated jacket, I believe that I am actually cooler than with just my shirt sleeves. For one thing, a jacket will block the heat from the sun - a not inconsiderable feat on a hot summer day.

I am also very reluctant to ride without protection. Road rash is not pretty, nor painless. So, even though the sweat may run down my back when stopped in traffic, or at a light, the discomfort is worth it, considering what I am gaining - protection. Wearing a jacket makes the pool, and a nice cold beer, seem even better at the end of a long hot ride.
