2013 Suzuki BLVD C50T

by Katie
(Ontario Canada)

Good morning everyone

Well as of last Saturday (January 4th 2014) I am the proud new owner of a White Suzuki BLVD C50T. I cannot wait to get her! I currently ride a Suzuki 650 GSXF. I found I am riding more than I thought I would and longer distances and wanted to move to a cruiser. I am 5"10 and this bike sat a bit higher and was longer than some of the other midsize cruisers I tried. I was worried about the 800cc not being enough BUT really how much do we need? This bike is comfortable to sit on, has the touring package and I am not going to be taking a passenger. I plan on riding her for about 4 years (then my girls will be done University and College) and will move up to something else then, or maybe not who knows. We got a great trade in on my bike so it all worked out. I am sure the first week or so will be strange as my riding style and comfort will change but I am ready for it.

I named her Snow White (Snowy for short) LOL

Thanks for all the comments everyone. We still have a ton of snow so no riding yet. My bike should be here in about 10 days. We are just adding roll bars and highway pegs!

Did I say I cannot wait LOL

Beautiful bike
by: Joe

That's a beautiful bike, Katie. I bought my wine coloured c50t a year ago. I jumped up from a Honda 150 scooter, so it took me some getting used to. Of course I love it. Now when I sit on other bikes they don't feel right. I still go to the parking lot at Fanshaw College (I'm in London, Ont) to practice quick stops and tighter turns. Can't wait for riding weather. Enjoy the bike!

Good luck with your C50 - I love mine too. I'm a short, chubby girl and love the size and power. She's a real beauty. Enjoy!! BTW......I named mine Roxy.

Congratulations on your new Suzuki. She's beautiful. My first bike was a S50 and she was white as well. Now I'm riding a BMW F800ST and I love it. Best of luck to you and enjoy riding!

Beauty!
by: Lynn - Florida

Snow White is a beauty! I love white bikes! I ride both a cruiser & small sport bike. I love them both but you can't beat the cruiser for long trips!

Have lots of fun.
