2013 HD Superglide Custom

I posted on here shortly after I got my 1st bike, a 2011 HD Iron 883 Sportster. As much as I loved it, after a back injury it was hard to ride very far w/ out pain. Doesn't mean I didn't, but I paid dearly! This past New Year's Eve a friend of mine who's a salesman at an HD dealership in Louisiana put the word out that he needed to sell 2-3 bikes to make their quota & he was cutting some deals. He gave me on trade-in what I paid for my Sporty (I got a good deal on it through military sales coming from overseas). After test-driving 3-4 bikes, I fell in love w/ the Superglide! The comfort, power & handling make it a dream to ride! I bought the Sporty after a very bad year filled w/ my now-ex-husband getting arrest overseas at a Russian drug dealer's house & getting banned from the military base, a friend got shot in the head by a zealot terrorist & my father-in-law passed away from cancer. After the divorce, I found a wonder new man & a wonderful new bike, as well. I could keep up w/ his Roadglide, kind of, on my Sporty, but my Superglide does it w/out breaking a sweat. Now that I live in California, I get plenty of ride-time w/ the great weather & it saves a ton of time being able to lane-split. This bike is easy to handle for anyone. I love it!!
