I went to Honda to "just look". Yeah right lol! This is my first bike & she is a beauty. I can't wait to get really comfortable with her when the weather warms up :-)

my bike

I just bought a phantom. at 5 feet, i can just barely flat foot the bike

for other shorties considering the bike, here are a few of the things i've done to make it easier for me to fit
- 2" handlebar risers. helped with the leaning forward to reach, as well as when i turn
- added a pad to the back of the seat to push me farther forward and still give back support. really thinking about shaving the sides of the seat and adding permanent padding at the back of the driver seat
- bent clutch and brake handles so my short fingers could reach the controls

with boots on i can flatfoot the bike. a challenge though, is that even with size 7.5 shoes, its a bit of a reach to clutch. perhaps with floorboards i would do better (heels could move to where it felt comfortable). But i'm not really sure.

anyway, thought you height challenged gals would appreciate my experiences so far

I bought my Phantom a week ago, but I don't have it yet. Getting mods done on it! Look forward to hearing about your rides! I'm in PA so the weather is slowing down my fun too!
