2007 Sportster 1200XL

My name is Yvonne,I am a certified professional coder. I started riding in 2006. I love it. I bought MY own first bike in July 2007. Brand new 2007 Sportster 883XL. It was mine, I ride it all the time. To and from work, grocery store, West Virginia and Pennsylvania and Michigan. Last year I added a big bore kit and up it to a 1200. The Sportster now, has 25,000 miles on it. Then 1 month ago, a friend was shopping at the Harley Dealer in New Haven and called me. They had taken in on trade a 1997 Heritage Softail Springer, BEAUTIFUL! Black Chrome and Fringe! I bought it 5 days later.I love riding,I have met some great people on short trips and my longer trips. I have a group of Women riders we get together 1 night a week and ride to dinner, we are about 28 riders strong at the present time. What an amazing site to see a group of women all riding their own bikes. a the best part the men we love, love it too!

Thanks for replying. Your bike and you sound lovely! And, sorry that it took me so long to get back to this thread. Things have been nuts!

Okay, so the best thing to do is watch our Web site or Facebook page (search for Biker Babe Tours) for news alerts on the tours. The first one is slated for late May or early June 2011. We'll launch sooner, if we can, but realistically, that will be the time-frame.

Our first tour will likely be in Mendocino, CA. We have such awesome stuff planned for the participants. One of the events we have planned is a guided limo tour of several wineries once we are done riding for the day and also a gourmet meal cooked by a world-renowned Chef. Keep in touch, girl! Purple Heritage

I would love more info on your tours. I have been riding for about 2 years, own a PURPLE HD Softail Heritage and live in Las Vegas.

Hubby and I have a small group of his co-workers we try to ride with once in a while, especially now it is cooling off. I have not ridden without him yet. I also have family all over Utah and Hubby is from California. Sounds like it was meant to be.
