That's our youngest Grandson & Grandchild sitting on my bike.I have added more stuff onto it now. This was taken Summer of 2010.

I started riding my own bike (this Bike) when I was 59 yrs old. That was last year, 2010. Had never ridden one by myself EVER until then. I'm 60 yrs old now and I LOVE IT. I ride mine more then My husband rides his!

Dont Give Up!

Pat, don't give up on getting your license! when I first sat on my husbands Shadow 750, I thought it was HUGE. So I started out on a Rebel and when I got on his bike again, it didn't feel so overwhelming. He has now moved up to Harley Wideglide. But I stayed with the Honda's and purchased a Shadow Aero this year and love it! Keep practicing and I am sure you will love it soon also.

Good for you. I started riding last year also. I have a 2000 Shadow 1100. Love it. Putting a lot of miles on it since I retired. Good luck.

Biker Grandma!

You give me hope! I bought a Honda Shadow Aero last summer, flunked the riding part of the safety course, (I'd never ridden before either) and haven't ridden it alone yet. I'm thinking about selling it. :-(
