2006 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Custom

Bought this beauty last year upon completing the MSF course, on the heels of spending the prior year riding pillion on my boyfriend's Honda Goldwing 1800. After riding with him in South Dakota (e.g., Iron Mountain Road near Mount Rushmore), I decided I wanted to take charge of mastering the twisting, winding roads myself. I've not added much beyond what you see here, except a backrest, a cup holder and a Breakaway Cruise Control device. At 46, I never anticipated owning and driving my own bike to my list of accomplishments, but I love it and am proud of the advancement in my riding skills over the past year. I'm looking forward to many more years and adventures on it!
