2005 Ridley Auto Glide

I Love my 2005 Ridley Auto Glide!!! While at Delmarva Bike Week, 2008 in Ocean City, Md. I spotted it at a vendor for sale. I never imagined myself actually riding a motorcycle but it is a total girls bike, pink & white flames!! It is low to the ground and lightweight. After returning to Pa, two weeks later we picked it up at the dealership in Hbg. I had never rode a motorcycle before but was surprised to find how easy it was. It's a freedom like nothing I've ever known before. In October 2009 it was 1 of 40 on display at the Axis of Steel motorcycle show at Lancaster Convention Center and February of this year I was on the Pa cover of Thunder Roads magazine. Everywhere I go people love it, I can't wait for nice weather to get here to ride.

Questions
by: Ghost

I have a 05 auto guide classic about to be shipped to me. Questions I have is what octane of gas is best to use ? I ride with a group that has a mix of bikes and several have extra backrest. Will other brands fit a Ridley or it only Ridley parts?

I have that same bike but it's a 2006. I absolutely love it. Like you I never thought I would be riding a motorcycle but I've put well over 10000 miles on my bike in less than 2 years.

Wow, what a beautiful bike. My husband had mine painted for me; it is black with pink flames. I will be posting a picture of mine soon. Enjoy and be safe.

Ridley - Fun
by: Mary Ann

I have a 2004 Ridley auto-glide, pearl white with purple flames, with a hint of a turquoise border. I love the bike, but I have had a number of issues with it, namely last summer I had a fire while driving, shortly after a visit to the shop for some other work! Insurance covered most of the costs. Culprit was a part (has metal brush like that is used to cool machine) installed upside down. This year I am converting chain drive to belt drive in the next couple weeks. I have a mechanic lined up, get it to him. Then walla, I will be riding soon.

I live in Minnesota and the weather is just starting to get nice, although we had nice weather in April, but salt and leftover sand from winter makes it not so good to go out early here. Enjoy your summer riding. xoxo

Wow!

That bike is crazy hot! I love it! My first bike was a bright fuschia. I upgraded and now have a baby blue and white C50T, but I am still a pink biker chick at heart : ).

Hopefully you will take some time to maybe take the MSF class and get in some good practice so you can ride and keep you and that hot bike safe.
