2004 BMW K1200 GT

I have been riding since I was 35, and now at 51 I am still going strong. I can't imagine a summer with out a bike. Last year I went from Bar Harbor, Maine to Miami, FL. What a great Summer!

My 2 Son's have R1s and I have no problem keeping up. Ok, so I don't take the corners as tight or fast, nor do I take the challenge when someone tries to race on the interstate. But I enjoy the freedom and I feel "the world is right" when I ride. An average day for me is 300 to 850 miles.

When our family rode out to Sturgis, my BMW was the least maintenance of all the bikes and the only thing we had to do was to replace a Front tire. I have plans to head to New Mexico and Grand Canyon in 2011. I might take my Husband along (I hate staying alone in a hotel).

Always watch for those that don't see you and enjoy the ride.
