2003 Yamaha V-Star 650

This is my second bike. Absolutely love it. The freedom of riding your own bike is like nothing on earth. I never wanted to be the one on the back. My first bike was a Suzuki Boulevard and after 1000 miles I knew I wanted something bigger. Yet I was afraid of the weight. I didn't want to dump it and not be able to pick it up myself. The first time I rode this I was thinking oh god what have I done! But after the second or third ride I was hooked. This bike looks bigger than it really is. I love the black bad ass look. It's low and center of gravity is perfect for me. Although time will tell, is there a bigger bike out there for me?

My Vstar

I've ridden for years, and my bike fell over, I wasn't even moving.....since then, I have been paralyzed to even take it out. What's up with that?? My husband is shocked, my brother is shocked...I am so depressed over it. I try to put it in gear and go, and this fear comes over me. Can someone help "de-weenie" me. I'm afraid my summer is going to escape me because of my new found fear.

I has a 650 V-star for a year, traded it in for a 2004 1100 V-star.....Best thing I have ever done, the ride is out of this world and the balance of the bike is the best......Go Yamaha!

I too have a Vstar 650 custom and I LOVE it. It's nice to see others out there enjoying the same bike.

Stay safe!
