2001 Honda CBR 600 F4I

When I start my bike cold it's fine. I go out for a ride and like 15 min in, I stop at a stop sign or a red light and let off the throttle and the bike turns off and when I go to start it again, it only turns over. If I keep the throttle at 2000 when the bike turns off, the red light on the gauge comes on and the oil light as well but the oil is full.
