1993 Goldwing 1500 Electronics

When I put the motorcycle in reverse and I push the starter button to activate reverse, the radio stops playing while backing up. What causes this?

I'm no mechanic, and know very little about bike mechanics at all...

But my daughter had a car that the headlights would not always work when her radio was on...after her brother put in a new radio for her...it was due to an electrical problem for her.

I'd take it to someone who knows Honda bikes and have them evaluate it.
