1976 ts 250 suzuki

I have a ts250 that i have rebuilt both top and bottom end on.The bike starts first kick and idles fine but when i put it in gear and give it the gas the engine bogs out.I have cleaned the carb and the timing is dead on according to specs.Anyone have any suggestion an what might be my problem.
